Wellness Program

At CityView, we take the health of our residents seriously. Our highly qualified LVN and caregiving staff provide as much, or as little, assistance as our residents require. Our program encompasses a wide variety of activities devoted to increasing the strength and flexibility of the “whole person.”

CityView makes it easy for residents to receive care. In addition to our on-site caregivers, residents can take advantage of our visiting doctor, ophthalmologist, phlebotomist, podiatrist, and nurse practitioner. We even have a visiting mobile dentist.

In addition, our trained staff will coordinate with your doctors and medical professionals. We are able to coordinate:

• Medical evaluation
• Nutritional evaluation and supplementation
• Home-health nursing
• Physical therapy
• Occupational therapy
• Speech therapy
• Massage therapy
